Hi Wendy,
I just wanted to follow up with you while we are in our "post-convention
assessment" mode. The gift bags which were presented to our attendees upon
arrival at the convention were not only well-received, but more than
pleasantly surprised everyone with useful, high-quality items. I still
cannot believe that we had a personalized Mini-mag flashlight, blue glass
mug, real sports water bottle, and a Blue oil drop beanie bag toy all in a
personalized classy gift bag for under $25 each!
I also appreciate the fact that as one of our Affiliate members, you found
and purchased those unique oil-well pens for us to include with the gift
bags!
It is so true that first impressions make an impression because the gift
bags represented what we try to do in our council: provide useful, quality
services at an affordable price.
Remember our very first conversation when I told you I did not want the
typical, "cheesy" plastic, throwaway items even though I was on a tight
budget? And remember when I told you I did not want the traditional pens,
mugs or tote-bags? I must have been one of your most difficult customers;
but, your professionalism and attention to detail landed us with items that
met our quality check and budget.
Additionally, we really love the new Italian crystal drop award which we
have designated for our Distinguished Service Award. It is not a typical
plaque, nor a desk-clock. It is a beautiful piece of hand-crafted artwork
that looks great in a recipient's office or home.
Thanks again for making the process of coordinating the gifts and awards for
our convention so seamless. We look forward to working with you in the
future.

I just wanted to thank you for sticking with me on my recent purchase of the DARS bags and coolies. I know it is not traditional to send virtual proofs, but I am positive that the professional look of the bags and coolies on your virtual proof is what won over our Deputy Commissioner for his approval.
I would also like to thank you for getting us the product in time. They were both a great success at our job fair.
In this day and time, it is very hard to get good customer service and I am glad that I have a company and a representative that I can count on in a pinch. We are ready to order items for our annual End-of-year for our employees. We are trying to get it done a little early this time. I wouldn’t think of ordering from anywhere else. I appreciate that you go above and beyond to ensure we have a product we are pleased with, you make suggestions to guide us in a professional looking product, and you have always ensured our order was delivered in the agreed upon time frames.
